The same angles every visit, so progress is obvious
We fly your site from saved positions: same spot, same height, same heading. Each visit lines up with the last. Stills arrive geotagged, timestamped and sorted by date and view within 48 hours, ready for Procore, owner reports and marketing.
Single sessions from $650
A walk-around photo shows a corner. An aerial shows the whole job.
From the ground you see one elevation at a time. From 200 feet you see laydown areas, haul roads, drainage and the building in one frame. That is what owners, lenders and inspectors are trying to understand.
Photos are only useful later if you can find and trust them. We name every file by date and view and keep the GPS position and timestamp in each one. Months later, anyone can pull up the right image and show what the site looked like on that day.
Pre-existing conditions. Before mobilization we photograph the site and the neighbors: adjacent buildings, roads and sidewalks. Our Preconstruction Condition Record adds video and an indexed PDF log, from $1,450 per site, for specs that require it.
Pay applications. A matched set of photos from this month and last month shows the work completed, which is easy for an owner's rep to check.
One pilot, every visit. You work with the same owner-pilot for the whole job. Nobody is relearning your site, gate codes or superintendent each month.
Every visit captures the same views
Altitudes stay within FAA Part 107 limits (400 ft above ground). We adjust the list to your site and any airspace authorizations.
| View | Altitude | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| Site overview (straight down) | 300–400 ft | The whole footprint, laydown, access and staging |
| Four corner obliques | 150–200 ft | Massing and progress from each side: the core of the progress series |
| Elevations | 50–100 ft | Envelope, façade and roof work on each face |
| Detail frames | As needed | Roof, steel connections, MEP rough-in, punch items |
| Context | 400 ft | The site in its neighborhood, for marketing and public updates |

Frequently asked
How do you get the same angle every visit?
On the first visit we save each camera position: latitude, longitude, altitude, heading and gimbal angle. On later visits the aircraft flies back to those positions, so the frames line up.
Can you upload straight to Procore?
Yes. We can upload to your project's Photos tool, or deliver to a shared drive or download link. Tell us your folder structure and we'll follow it.
What if the weather is bad on the scheduled day?
We don't fly in rain, high wind or low ceilings. We move to the next good day and tell you before the date changes. Monthly programs have a set window, so the schedule stays steady.
Can you fly near an airport or over an active site?
Many Columbus sites are inside controlled airspace. We get FAA authorization (usually through LAANC) before the flight. On active sites we check in with the superintendent, follow site safety rules and plan the flight around crews and traffic.
Can we use the photos in our marketing?
Yes. Your quote spells out usage rights, and project records, reports and your own marketing are included as standard.
Show the whole job, every month.
Send the site address, the start date and how often you'd like visits. We'll reply with a fixed quote and a first flight date.
